Fine. Messy like they all are & like all of them, don't assume your getting the best price or product. Be sure what your buying isn't expired or outdated. They like to confuse customers that they assume are uneducated & overload your sensory system so you buy more. Not a bad place. Just pay attention.

Well organized merchandise, much of it seasonal and ranging from school supplies to clothing and refrigerated beverages. Spacious aisles and ample parking out front in paved lot. Cashier type-cast for a movie villain.

Had a mind blowing experience just now at this location. I went in to purchase medicine to where I then saw dollar general digital coupons available for the items I wanted to purchase I signed on my app and saved the coupons, I then went to purchase to where my total was not what I expected. I handed my money an waited for the receipt, after receiving the receipt I viewed it a noticed the DG clips were not applied. I asked the cashier (Ashley) how come?, to where she replied after saving them in the cart you have to clip them. Unaware of this process, I asked her to return the items an recharge me so I can use the coupons. She then said she can’t do that, once I pay there’s no returns. I then told her that is a lie and now I would like to return my items all around, I told her I will go back in line to re pay for my items and asked her if she was gonna deny me service, she then responded I’m not dealing with this then she calls the next cashier an tells her to deal with me cause she’s not dealing with me, that was very unprofessional to say to a customer an she needs more customer service training or a new job. Please let Ashley know I will make it my business to make sure she deals with me every shift I’m not far and it’s boring in Wurtsboro an I have nothing but time. She got the right one :*

I dropped my bank card on the ground the night before Christmas Eve and the ladies working (Crystal and Anna) were kind enough to prioritize finding a way to get it back to me! I am so grateful. Thank you both!

Great selection of Need Items at very decent pricing. Staff and Cashiers are always polite and courteous. Store kept cleaned and well stocked despite the traffic in and out. Save some money and stop and shop before going to the Big Brand Stores.
