Valvoline Instant Oil Change

This is my second time at the Mahopac Valvoline. I came back because the service was awesome the first time, and this time did was even better than the first. I am definitely coming back and recommending this location to family and friends. Jimmy and his team members were so thorough and explained everything to me so well. I appreciate the time they spent on my vehicle. Go see Jimmy!

I am a little disappointed in this location. We went to get our oil change and were next in line and waited over 40 minutes. When we finally got into the bay to get our oil changed, we were told that they had to take care of a truck that came in after us. After already waiting 40 minutes, we were told we would have to wait another 10 to 15. But based on the rate that the cars were pulling out of there, it probably would have been another after 30 to 40 minutes. Minutes. I'm not sure if the staff changed here or if it is a different crew that works on Sunday, but I'm sadly disappointed because we usually have good results. I felt like I was disrespected because they were going to service a truck first that came long after us. Normally with Valvoline we are in and out in 15 minutes with an oil change. This time we were there nearly an hour and unfortunately wasted our time. Come on guys. Please do better.

Been to so many branches around my area.. This in Mahopac Rt6 stands out the most... The managers (4 assignments to be exact) been always on point regardless of.. And it always starts in the leadership.. to run an efficient and effective crew.. Always with a smile and the positive vibe... Keep it up!

Great experience at this Valvoline location. Joe Badia (assistant manager) was very welcoming, knowledgeable, and assuring. His crew: Enrique, James and Brandon we’re extremely friendly as well… They definitely know what they are doing… And it took great care of my son’s 528 I. I will certainly return… Kudos! Great customer service! You certainly don’t find this too often.

I came in for an oil change and that was quick & easy. I did need a rear window wiper blade replaced as well as a cabin air filter. Service people were great & very professional. But I am highly disappointed that none of the Valvolines can do tire rotation anymore since it is recommended that tires be rotated during the same interval as oil changes! Valvolines used to provide this service. Now I’ll be forced to go to the dealership for the next oil change just to get my tires rotated. Your loss!
