Proper Service of Baldwin Place

I take all my cars to Danya and Dave. I don’t trust anyone but them with the care of my cars. Danya and Dave are truly an examples of what great human beings are. They are extremely kind, caring, supportive, understanding, accommodating, knowledgeable, and awesome. I honestly do not know why I would do with out them. My wife and I always comment how blessed we are to have them in our lives. We love them dearly. I hope the owner of Proper knows how lucky he is to have an amazing team like Danya and Dave on his side. Wishing the Proper Service team and wonderland happy holiday! By the way, my comment about “not sure” of the price is solely because I don’t pay for the parts, I pay for the service and Danya and Dave are worth every dollar.

I'd give 10 stars if I could. I called in and Jada had me stop by to get my Tesla inspected and I had asked them to check one of my tires for nails - John followed up with me and while he did give me unfortunate news, he did what he could to get me a new tire ASAP. Had my tire replaced the following day with no issues at all, thanks to Michael. John had even set me up for a follow up this time next year to bring my car in for an inspection - which was super helpful of him! The owner, Joe, runs a great business and his team is just as great. Would highly recommend Proper Service to any one and everyone - this shop has to be your go to. Shout out again to Joe, Jada, John, Michael, and Anthony. You guys are great!

I had a stressful situation over the weekend when I ended up with two flat tires. After getting them repaired on Sunday, my car alerted me on Monday that there was still an issue with the tires. I was worried and stopped by Proper without an appointment. They were incredibly kind and took the time to look at my car right away. They found the issue, fixed it quickly, and even refused to charge me because it was a simple fix. That level of honesty, kindness, and customer service is rare these days. I really appreciate how they treated me and will definitely be coming back for any future car needs. Highly recommend!
