Caliber Collision

The staff at the location are professional and helpful. The reception are and waiting room are clean and orderly. The communication from the managers was convenient with emails and texting matching my requested preferences. The integration with my insurance company and the seamless transition to and from the rental car on location was very convenient and saved me alot of headache. The technician and supervisor commitment to details and quality work is a testament to the culture and professionalism of the location. It took some time and some parts resourcefulness with the manufacturer to get my vehicle back to factory spec and I am greatly appreciative for there commitment to quality. I will definitely recommend the location to friends.

EDIT**UPDATE* the car has been completely repaired after my initial review. Lindsey went above and beyond to get a resolution with the insurance company as well as comping us a rental car. We are grateful for your attention and careful watch over the car. Everything looks great. Thank you for making it right!** The car hit a deer and shattered the bumper and also made a few dents along the passenger doors. The bumper looks great. I’m not sure what happened with repairs to the doors. There is still chipping paint. Also they failed to put the pinstriping back on the side, which Caliber in Newburgh was able to repair in 10/2025 (location no longer exists). You guys have amazing text messaging updates but oddly no update related to the pinstripes- my husband was told it couldn’t be done so we got our car back without it. Unfortunately they also forgot to program or connect the smart key features which should allow me to lock/unlock the door by tapping the handle. I called today asking for a call back related to this with no reply. I’ve asked my insurance company for a breakdown of the claim because I feel like this was a mediocre job for what it cost. Compared to the experience in October this is simply unacceptable. I’ve attached 3 current photos and 1 from October after it was repaired in Newburgh. We were so happy that we came back after hitting a deer. Very disappointed this time.

Folks here did a great job fixing my car! Julie was great at communicating and giving me updates. Car was finished very quickly. They took me the same day my car got damaged. I would certainly go back to them in the future and highly reccomend. Thank you for fixing my 4runner!

My Suburban was repaired flawlessly after a silly incident that turned out to be much more detailed than expected. Julie was phenomenal. She kept me up to date every step of the way so I always knew what was happening. I would rate Caliber Collision a 15 if I could. My car looks brand new and was even cleaned inside and out! Had an excellent experience with Caliber Collision after getting into a banger with a deer. They kept me up to date, finished my car sooner than expected, were very kind and responsive whenever I called for updates. Did a beautiful job, worked with my insurance and coordinated with the nearby car rental place. Highly recommend these folks!
