DISRESPECTFUL & UNPROFESSIONAL. I have never been treated this rudely by any business, much less, the owner! After mounting/selling me 1 "New" tire for our minivan, that was obviously not new, I brought it back. The owner complained about having to see it to verify that it was used & then offered to take $20 off. I refused to pay $100 for a used tire & they finally swapped it out with a new one after calling me names, cussing at me & insulting my intelligence, "attitude", & persistence. I'm not saying that they tried to pull a "hit the vacationer with one & hope they don't catch it" but it makes me wonder...

Good little place to get a tire. It's a little small, but I got in there with a sleeper truck with a 53' trailer. They were friendly and helpful. Definitely recommended.

The woman in the office was good, but the workmanship and professionalism was not good. The tire balancing process was not good either.

Really not happy with the two tire jobs I have had done here. The first were supposed to be 50k mile tires and lasted less than 20. That was after all sorts of leaky beads and stem problems. The second I asked for top of the line trailer tires. After 6k miles one of them had a huge bubble on the side wall.

Got a tire replaced on my John Deere tractor, they had the tire in stock, I was back up and running in about an hour. Price was 193 dollars cheaper than Cazenovia equipment charged me for the same size tire 3 weeks ago. I highly recommend Lyons Falls tire for all your tire needs!
