Camber Toe

Poor Workmanship and Unprofessional Service CamberToe is horrible. The owner, Randy Zwecker, is extremely rude and refuses to take responsibility for the poor work done at his shop. I brought my car in for an alignment and to get the fenders rolled. When I picked up my car, the paint on the fenders was cracked and flaking off. It looked like they used pliers instead of the proper tools to roll the fenders. I went back into the office and spoke to Randy’s father, Barry Zwecker. He called Randy and explained the situation. When I got on the phone with Randy, he immediately denied responsibility and offered me only a $200 refund. I told him that wasn’t acceptable. In the middle of our conversation, he asked me to hand the phone back to his father. After a brief 10-second conversation, his father told me they wouldn’t do anything further. Eventually, after some back-and-forth, they again offered the $200 refund. Now, my fenders are badly damaged—paint cracking, metal bent—and I’m left with the repair costs. Shops like this give the industry a bad name. I would NEVER recommend CamberToe. Update – July 21st It’s been a month, and I’m still trying to get Randy, the owner of CamberToe, to take responsibility for the damage. I spoke to him a few times over the phone. I let him know I was getting estimates for the repairs and would send them over. He agreed to review them. A few days later, I got two estimates—$1,920 and $1,965. I sent one to him on July 13th. When I followed up by phone two days later, he claimed the estimate was at retail price and said he could get it done cheaper. But honestly—would you trust the same shop that damaged your car to fix it? I told him I would never let him touch my car again. Then he claimed he hadn’t even looked at the estimate. I called the shop again today (July 21st), and his father answered. He said Randy would only offer $1,000 because "he could get it done cheaper." First off, nowhere on CamberToe’s website does it say they do bodywork. Second, even if they did, I wouldn’t trust them. This whole experience is a textbook example of how not to run a business. Randy comes across as someone who doesn’t care about his customers or the quality of work coming out of his shop. I even met someone at a car show who had a similar experience with them a few years ago. There are plenty of better shops out there—look elsewhere.

Went in for a wheel alignment, they took care of me and any question I had Randy was very helpful, very knowledgeable and he explained everything to me. The pricing was very reasonable and also they were very accommodating. I showed up close to closing but they took care of me and I was very happy with the work done.I highly recommend going there for your suspension needs.

THE BEST! A lot of guys on a local BMW forum brought their cars here, so I decided to check them out. I've had alignments, repairs, electrical issues, and major servicing all done here. The team here are all great guys, and on top of that they're honest.... which from my past experiences with indy shops (and dealers), isn't always the case.

Needed a new mechanic my last one retired, this place was recommended through a friend, kinda hard to find, drove past it twice. Had my breaks done and some filters changed, I love this place and the crew. Did a great job everyone was super nice, professional and the best and most important factor is that I didn't feel like I was getting ripped off. CAMBER TOE is my new mechanic.

I read all their reviews before I had a four way wheel alignment done. I was a former auto mechanic and made my observations of the shop, equipment and professional crew. The job was done perfect on my 1999 Honda Civic. I will bring my Corvette to them in the near future with not a worry. Thank you.
