Empire made our boy very happy after we left a different dealer being told his new ATV would be ready on a certain day and it wasn’t. We cancelled that, called Empire and they made it happen! Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We will be back when we’re ready to buy another toy.

Strongly advise against doing business with Empire Powersports of Fulton. We purchased 2 brand new 2025 Can-Am Outlander XMR 850s and have had a very poor experience. The dealership handled registration and provided plates and temporary registration, but after a month, they contacted us to request the plates be returned as they were unable to register the vehicles in New York State. The owner was aware of this issue prior to leaving town for over a week, yet took no action to resolve it. Since then, we have had to initiate all communication, making 5 calls and visiting the dealership 4 times, with no resolution after A MONTH. They sold us these machines on false pretenses, and the machines have been sitting in our garage, unusable. The entire sales department is unresponsive and lacks customer-centric approach. Regarding your outreach, we've had limited communication that has been driven by us. Brett hasn't initiated contact, despite speaking with him multiple times after we make the initial call. We expect a more proactive approach to resolving this issue. Their customer service is severely lacking, and they do not prioritize customer needs. We DO NOT recommend this dealership

Purchased a 2025 ski doo mxz 850 and the guys at Empire Powersports made it so easy! Will be back for all my snowmobile and UTV needs!

Had a small hiccup with some wheels and tires, the quick response and willingness to correct the problem shows that this place does business the way it should be done. I cannot recommend them enough. Mark in the service department is a true class act. I'll absolutely do as much business with them as possible in the future. Bonnie and Brett the service manager and G.M. are also top notch people.
