Have been bring all my cars to Dave’s Auto over the years and can honestly say they take pride in their work. The attention to detail and communication is outstanding. Dave’s auto charges standard if not slightly below others when it comes to hourly rates. They make you feel like family and will go out of their way to insure your vehicle is ready when needed even if you just show up without an appointment. Hands down one of the best mechanics in Nassau county. Thank you for all the great service.

First time customer! My car went into limp mode at 6:30 AM and I drove 12 mph to Dave's based on which garage was closest to me. Within 24 hours, my car had been diagnosed and a part was ordered. Within 24 hours of them getting the part, I was driving my car away. Fair price, impressive service, and the sweetest front desk ever who soothed my anxieties about having to rent a car over Memorial Day weekend. They permanently have a customer in me.

I need to add another 5 star review. They helped our daughter out with a bad battery situation. She lives up there for school and we live in Virginia. Trying to help your kid navigate a car repair when you're not there to help is challenging. These folks went WAY above and beyond to help get her car jumped and brought into shop and to make sure she was in a position to get to her classes after. I've never encountered this level of kindness and service in my 45 years of having cars. These are the best kind of people and I'm beyond happy I found them to help us out!

I had a great experience bringing my car here. The service was efficient and the prices were very fair. Dave and Sophia were both a pleasure to speak with and kept up communication with me through the day. Overall the experience was much faster, easier and a fraction of the cost of that at the dealership I will definitely be bringing my car here from now on.

Dave and his entire team are terrific! Dave is a very knowledgeable mechanic that takes the time to carefully and properly diagnose all issues.
