After hitting a fence post with my car and doing some pretty good damage, my mechanic recommended Prestige, and I’m glad he did. Ross made the entire process as smooth and painless as possible, offering a ride back when I dropped my vehicle off, and a pickup when it was done. He got back quickly with an estimate, and got the work done fast. We had some unfortunate delays due to the parts manufacturer sending the wrong part a few times, but it wasn’t anything he could control. After picking it up, I was thoroughly impressed. It was like nothing even happened. I hope I never have to again, but if I do, Prestige Autoplace will be the only collision shop I go to.

**STOP UPDATE!** You need to read this! Before choosing prestige Auto place! When the car was looked at it had a check engine light on. (I asked them to check what it was when I test drove the car )I was told it was a “EVAP CODE”. the Tech must have cleared the codes when I picked it up the light was off. The car passed inspection. Upon filling the tank the last time It was pointed out to me that the car was leaking fuel from the tank. I’m very afraid of the gas leakage with my two young children in the car most of the time with me. I’m able to smell gas. Just walking by the car I figured it was just from the cap loose. When you buy an older car there’s bound to be minor issues here and there. And some rust because this is NYS… we all know this. But here’s the thing that blew me out of the water! I called Ross at prestige auto and he was willing to look at it even tho it had been about three months. It blew me away . He could have easily told me to pound salt .this is a learning experience. Give people a chance, they might surprise you. ———————————————————original post———————— In a world where morals and values are tested, it’s good to know there are still people with integrity and honor out there . Here i am, “single” mom of two beautiful boys, desperate to find reliable transportation on my fixed budget. A family member suggested prestige auto place. Im glad they did ! Ross and his son made the whole process stress free i am the proud owner of a 03 RAV4 . I did have an issue with my RAV4, the day after i purchesed the car .my rear break line blew. I was devastated! i had spent my savings on this car and the repair would be $400+ . My biggest fear, that i would buy a used car and it would fall apart bit by bit .(as a mom i worry about everything) i had plans of heading out of town the following day (saterday) for my sister‘s baby's birth. I called Ross, at prestige auto place and explained what happened . Without a second thought he said “bring it down. I might not get to it till monday it’s almost 2:30 we close at 4.” I understood. (He said he would fix it for free! )I had the car towed over to prestige auto place. later that day i got a call from Ross telling me the car was fixed ! I was blown away! Thanks to ross i was able to see my nephew come into this world and take his first breaths!
