I have received honest estimates, good advice, and great repairs. Rachel is such a hard worker, as is her father and brother who work there, a great family business that truly cares to give good, honest service.

We honestly can't believe that a place like this exists in this world, still! We recently discovered Housel's for a problem with our truck. Fast friendly service and very fair price! Then, our Jeep needed work and they got us in super fast and fixed for a better than fair price! We are so grateful to have found Housel's and I am telling my friends and family how wonderful they have been to us. We have found our new, friendly, reliable, knowledgeable, mechanic! Thank you so much!! P.S They told us they would call us back about something...and they DID!! How rare is that these days?!

How happy & blessed we are that we found the best service ever by Housel’s Auto Repair Service helped by very friendly agent Rachel over the phone and professional workers of the Housel’s family business, where we received first of all the service full of empathy when our car didn’t work at all due to the starter broke but we weren’t sure and asked for help by Housel’s. Even they are very busy and were fully booked for the entire week an agent Rachel helped us to find an available window in their schedule. At the same day the diagnostic being done promptly and response back to us with provided price for the service and parts, which was very fair and honest without double or triple amount counted like other auto repair shops done to us before. We can declare for sure that is very trustworthy auto repair family business and we are proud & happy to be a part of this service as a new customers in Lockport, NY! Great, friendly customer service! Rachel is awesome! Inspected my car and found the culprit of the rattling noise I'd been hearing. Honest mechanic who didn't try to sell me things I didn't need! We will definitely be using them in the future! Their great ratings are for a reason!

Great people, great prices. They are friendly, and have very knowledgeable staff. I have a 2012 audi with over 200k miles on it, so when it comes to electronics the thing is a mess. These guys were able to diagnose and give me a solution without hesitation. Fair warning, if the number Google provides doesn't work call back later, for whatever reason my calls don't always go through here and I just call later and it's fine.
