Caliber Collision

Paul, Angela, and the others at Caliber Collision in Lockport went above and beyond for me. The damage was extensive, but the repair came out great. They kept me updated as the vehicle moved thru stages. I plan to use Caliber if I need any collision work done in the future!

Caliber did my rear end collision repair after my car was hit. The whole process was overall so fast and they were easy to work with. The communication was clear and everything was clear from start to finish. The replaced panel and light look like factory parts. When I picked the car up, it was clear they took care of it when they had it. The inside was clean and the outside was perfect. Paul was so quick to respond when I reached out and he got my car back to me faster than their original estimate.

I don’t usually write reviews, but this one is well deserved. After hitting a deer, the front end of my 2016 Honda Odyssey looked rough. The fender was smashed, the front clip was damaged, and the fog lights were gone — the whole front end took a beating. I brought it into Caliber Collision not really knowing what to expect, but these guys absolutely delivered. They replaced the fender, rebuilt the front clip, installed new fog lights, and the paint work came out flawless. You honestly can’t even tell anything ever happened to the van. The color match is perfect and the body lines are right back where they should be. What really impressed me was the attention to detail. When I picked it up, not only did the outside look brand new, they had even cleaned the inside of the van. That’s the kind of extra effort you don’t see very often anymore. On top of that, they finished the whole job two days earlier than the time they originally told me, which was a huge bonus. Accidents are stressful and hitting a deer is never fun, but Caliber Collision made the whole process smooth and handled the repairs the right way. Solid work, great craftsmanship, and a team that clearly takes pride in what they do. I couldn’t be happier with how my Odyssey turned out. If you need body work done, I wouldn’t hesitate to trust Caliber Collision.

I had a great experience with Caliber Collision in Lockport, 40 Ruhlmann Road. From my first contact with them to pickup of my car everyone was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. My car was fixed and returned to me quicker than expected. It was also cleaned both inside and out. Awesome! The people who work here were wonderful to deal with and I highly recommend them to anyone in need of repair.

I hit a deer and caliber was one state farms recommended list. Repair wise, my car came back perfect, and I'd rate it a 5 out of 5 based on that along. Schedule is a completely different story. Car was delayed at least 3 times and twice it was delayed less than 30 minutes before I was to pick it up and I was only told about the delay until after I messaged the shop. Had anything been wrong with the cat I would have rated them a 1.
