ASAP Auto

OK, so this is gonna be a long review but you should read it. So I have a very old car it’s a 2009 but it’s a Toyota! Only had 135,000 miles on it and the exterior is in almost mint condition. Come to find out both the rear, and the front subframe were rusted out, which means the car was worth nothing. On a recommendation referral, I went to ASAP. The two young gentleman that owned the shop are not only so extremely gifted in their ability to do the work they ALSO LISTEN to their clients. I asked them straight out if I should replace them and they were very honest but of course you know they have to be careful but after much debate and discussion, I was like well listen I’m not in a position to buy a new vehicle at this moment just if you were me, what would you do? Probably not a question I should’ve asked because it’s not up to them, but they talked me through it. They went through every single pro and con with me every single one. At one point they did say that they probably would not if they were me but if I wanted to, they would do it and they would do it well and that they would source all parts needed. Secondhand to help save on the pricing. So I went back-and-forth on it quite a bit and I decided to go forward with the work. Now they had warned me because rust Is a massive issue in upstate New York, but they might run into a lot of other things when they’re trying to replace the ENTIRE under carriage Of my car… But guess what they did it they did not run into his money problems as they had expected and I think that’s because of how knowledgeable they are. So 1 billion stars for a professionalism 1 billion stars for communication 1 billion stars for pricing. Literally these guys should be your go to guys. They will be mine forever and I will be referring every single person I ever see here or talk to you for the rest of my life to them.. You will be in amazing hands.

My car needed a lot of work (brakes, tie rod, etc) and I had to come in for emergency work on the brakes. So although I didn't have an appointment, they not only worked with me on that, they got the job done very fast but still quality work. (Not that I expected it to be done overnight, of course, but I must say they live up to their name "ASAP Auto.") I'm also grateful that they worked with me in prioritizing the more urgent needs for my older car, while ensuring to explain the next steps for my much needed follow up. I'm really glad to support a local business and it seems like these guys live up to the great reviews. I will continue use them and recommend them!

I just want to say what great work they do at ASAP auto. This is the second time I've had work done on my van and they do a thorough and fantastic job. They kept me up to date on the progress and any added expenses or concerns that they found. It did take a couple weeks before they could get my van in for work but they are worth it! Their customer service is outstanding and the quality work that they do is top notch. I highly recommend them.

ASAP, Auto is Outstanding!! Another garage where I had bought cars through the years and taken them all for service and repairs changed ownership and personnel. Their work also changed and my confidence has been lost. I had to find a new place to trust my car service needs. ASAP Auto!!! My car had a serious repair need and in 20 minutes these guys diagnosed the issue, ordered the parts, set up an appointment for me, and today the job was done in much shorter time than anticipated!! My 6 year old car rides like it just came out of the showroom! I now have a new garage!! Thanking God for these men!!!

Nice new little shop. Waiting room was a tad small, but the service was impeccable. Very polite, patient, helpful and understanding. I was happy they did everything correctly with no issues afterwards. And great rates so I'll definitely be returning!
