The repair on my car took longer than expected. Peter the service manager showed great customer service in taking care of me by reducing my bill and giving my a free oil change. Despite the service issue, I will definitely continue to bring my cars here because of the customer service I received.

Peter A was a great help! My car needed a lot of work, and he really went the extra mile to make sure everything was handled. He caught other issues I didn’t even notice and took care of them right away. He’s super knowledgeable and gave us tips on what to watch for so things don’t get worse. Definitely coming back.

As it goes with owning a car I needed to get something fixed. My AC was on the fritz and I don’t want to spend a NY summer with no AC. I had been to other PepBoys but saw the rating for this particular location and it was close enough I drop my car off and not be too late getting to work. Made my appointment online and came in the next morning for a smooth sign in. Explained my problem and the young man assured me that they would do a fluid evaluation to see the issue as that sounded like the best shot to find the problem. During the day I received updates and a link to show me what was discovered during an inspection and who was working on the car and each step. I loved when the text told me to call and they picked up right away. I have had many experiences where I either don’t hear anything unless I call the shop or I miss a call and then can’t get anyone on the phone when I call back. This was so smooth and I wasn’t stressed at all. Despite some other issues that came up my car was ready as soon as I got off work. Came in and paid my bill and the staff was great. Definitely will return for future maintenance.

Quick and convenient service each time I come to get my vehicle serviced. I could always guarantee my vehicle is road ready with the up more confidence all thanks to Peter A. who is very knowledgeable and well versed with any of my automotive issues.

Jose was phenomenal God bless him!!! He helped me today with my car issues when I didn’t know where or who to turn to. I randomly walked to pep boys and helped me, no hesitation. Thank you for being so kind. Truly appreciate kind people like you in this world.
