Lou's Used Tires

Man I been going to this place for as long as I can remember. They usually have used tires in really good conditions and as a fellow Latino I like to support businesses that hire my people. But I’ve told these guys multiple times to balance the tires. I’ve caught them multiple times no balancing them. It hurts specially because I’m paying $85+ per tire. I usually get two at a time n I usually give them $190 for both. I understand most of the times I visit them it’s either extremely high or extremely cold so I tend to be nice with the tip. This is probable my 12 or 13th time that I’ve caught them not balancing my tires. I’m a cab driver n I tend to send them a lot of business i will also make sure to not refer them anymore.

Bad service in the morning ask for a price for one tire I back few hours later the tire siting on the same spot they show me .. and tell me back another day. .. perfect now I save money walmart have brand new for the price thank you

Someone close to me recommended the place, I went but I didn't feel like going back because from the outside I could see that they only installed the tires without balancing them, and supposedly if you install a tire you should balance it so that the car doesn't have vibrations

Car had a flat from a leak between the tire and rim. Fixed in just a few minutes! No need for a new rim (which other places may have tried to sell me). They used a grinder and had me on my way for barely above a consideration fee.

Horrible customer service, it’s giving racist or I don’t know if he woke up on the wrong side of the bed but he brought the negative energy to work. No greeting, he didn’t even tell me one minute or even ask what’s going on with my car. He just opened up the gate and stayed in the office. Very unprofessional and nasty I don’t recommend, so good luck if you do go. The owner is rude.
