The service department seems to have improved since my last visit in 2021. The prices for labor and service are steep but compared to every other service center, you will pay a ton of money. What gave the edge to Town & country was the messaging service. Received a video explaining whats wrong and also electronic signature to proceed with the service, while adding the cost of that service. I could give a lot more info on what is good, but no one wants to read any more than they already have. I will be returning to this location again.

Great place for service. Everyone is pleasant. Peter was helpful. The technicians use forward thinking technology and show you exactly what is happening when they evaluate your car. The waiting area is nice to relax or work remote with a laptop. Really a positive experience.

I went in on a Saturday which is normally a bad thing but my inspection was due. My appointment was at 8:30am and I got there 15 minutes early and had an oil change package with tire rotation among other things, I was out by 10:15. Fantastic job

I had a pleasant time at the service dept while I was waiting for my jeep to be serviced. My service advisor Peter and other staff were very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I received my vehicle back as promised in a timely manner and I was completely satisfied.

I WISH I HAD NEVER SET FOOT IN THIS PLACE. On March 7, 2026, I bought a 2019 Ram 1500. During the purchase, they were very kind and everything seemed great. But to my surprise, the very next day, with all the excitement of driving the truck I had just bought—something I worked and saved for, something I hoped would help me move forward—the engine started making a ridiculous noise when cold. After about 20 minutes, once it warms up, the sound improves, but it is still always there. It’s a noise that, being the first thing you hear when you leave your house, ruins your entire day. I have many videos where the problem can clearly be identified. I reported the issue on March 9 (since March 8 was a Sunday), and they told me to just drive it, that it was normal because the truck had been sitting for too long. But I couldn’t take it anymore, so on March 11 I brought the truck back so they could hear it themselves. They kept the truck for two days, making me lose time, workdays, and more. At that point, I said to myself that I’d accept the loss of time if they could just fix it—but they didn’t. The truck kept making the same noise and nothing was resolved. The following week, I lost another day of work and spent the entire morning trying to find a solution, asking them to take the truck back so I wouldn’t be further affected. They said they would fix it and give me a loaner car, but not that same day—until the next day. I agreed. The next day, I dropped off my truck and took the loaner. Now more than a week has passed, and today, Friday, March 27, I went to the shop to see what had happened. To my surprise, this place clearly does not care about people’s vehicles, because my truck is in the exact same position and condition as when I left it. It’s sad that this is how dreams are lost. Instead of buying a truck, I bought a problem. I wanted something to help my business and my work move forward, but because of lost time and the stress of not knowing how this will end, my business is completely at a standstill. On top of that, I now have a new $30,000 debt to pay for this problem.
