Best tire shop around!! Went from having a horrible day to being in and out in 10 mins!! Everyone was beyond friendly which is not common with a tire shop and hands down I would highly recommend this place to everyone!! Thanks again fellas for making this repair happen so efficiently and smoothly 🙏

I’ve been coming to this shop for mechanical repairs such as brakes , oil changes, inspections & tires for about 5 years. I actually travel from eastern queens to see them. Every time I’ve gone, they’ve been fast, efficient, fair, and never did the work unless it was necessary (didn’t say I needed brakes when I didn’t just to take my $$) they also seem to be a staple in the neighborhood so worth a travel to get to if you need someone honest!

The service was very fast and efficient. The gentleman at the counter understood exactly what I needed and handled everything quickly. I really appreciate his help.

I have never been treated with such disrespect at a place of business. The staff member I dealt with was extremely rude and actually resorted to yelling at me. While I understand that the shop was busy, being under pressure is never an excuse for verbal abuse or 'nasty' behavior. Customer service should be a priority regardless of the workload. I will be taking my business elsewhere and suggest others do the same if they value being treated with basic decency.

Today has been a very bad day for me. My tire was leaking air, so I came in to replace it because I needed to get to work. Before I agreed to the service, I specifically asked how long it would take, and the staff told me it would about 30 minutes. However, I ended up waiting for over an hour, and then I was told that my keys had been taken by someone. In total, this took about an hour and a half of my time. During the entire time, it seemed like only one person, a man named Steve, was actually working. The front desk staff were not helpful at all and kept avoiding responsibility instead of solving the problem. This experience was extremely frustrating and unprofessional.
