1-Star Review – Firestone Complete Auto Care, Levittown My experience with Firestone Levittown has been one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I've had with any automotive service center. I visited this location three separate times regarding their lifetime alignment promotion. The first visit was simply because they do not answer their phones and routinely leave customers on hold, so I had to go in person just to get information about the promotion. The second visit was to schedule the appointment. The third visit was for the actual appointment itself. Despite all of that effort, when I arrived for my 1:00 PM appointment, I was told they had overbooked themselves and could not honor the appointment time. I was then instructed to come back at 3:30 PM instead or drop-off the vehicle. I was given "a guarantee that the work will be done." Before making a fourth trip, I called to confirm whether 3:30 PM was still a good time to come in. Instead of receiving a straightforward answer, I was told that I was supposed to be there "exactly at 3:30" and that they still weren't sure whether they could assist me because they didn't know how much work would be required. At that point, I was left wondering whether my appointment meant anything at all. The most concerning part is that there seemed to be a strong push toward having customers drop off their vehicles rather than waiting while the work is performed. It gives the impression that appointments are treated more as placeholders to get vehicles into the shop rather than commitments to provide service at a scheduled time. When a customer specifically asks for a waiting appointment, that preference should be respected and accommodated whenever possible, especially after multiple visits and confirmations. The entire process demonstrated poor organization, poor communication, and very little regard for the customer's time. I should not have to make four separate trips to a shop for a simple alignment appointment, nor should I receive conflicting information every time I interact with staff. Unfortunately, the customer service I received from Justin did not inspire confidence that customer concerns or scheduling commitments were being taken seriously. If you value your time and expect appointments to be honored as scheduled, I would strongly recommend considering other service centers before choosing Firestone Levittown. Rating: 1/5 stars – Multiple visits, conflicting information, overbooked appointments, poor communication, and a complete lack of respect for the customer's time.

My daughter brought her Honda CRV in because the low tire pressure light was on. She was told it was a nail and not repairable. They’re great at upselling! She ended up buying 4 tires and changing filters. She was told to drive the car around and it would automatically reset. The initializing and low tire pressure lights never went off so she called back and was told to come in the following Monday morning. I brought the car in Monday morning and the manager Jeff was rude and disrespectful to me! When I asked his name (because I was going to tell my daughter who I spoke to) he said “Jeff, now you can call corporate”. Anyway he said he would look at the car next and I left. That was at 8am. At 4pm I asked my daughter if she heard from them. She had not heard from them 7 hours later. I went there and the manager continued to be rude and disrespectful. I was told to go to Honda to reset the system; they could not do it. I immediately drive to my mechanic who reset the system in less then 10 minutes! Buyer beware!!

I spent a over an hour in the waiting are and watch Eddie field calls and walk ins by himself the phone was ringing and people were walking in and Eddie was handling it with ease!and still managed to keep me in the loop.. I would definitely go there again 5 stars for what you can't see unless you witness it yourself. I appreciate a professional and Eddie and his guys are true pros..Thanks Eddie!
View on GoogleCame here on a Sunday to replaced 4 tires for my Subaru Ascent, they did it in a timely manner. Mo and the two technicians managed this place very well. They did very good job. I will recommend this Firestone dealership to anyone.
View on GoogleGreat experience over all and friendly staff. However, the following day. It appears that my alignment was way off. My car was shaking the whole drive to CT when the car exceeded 50 miles an hour. I ended up having to go to a firestone up there. Where they were able to fix my problem at no charge. When my wife called this shop. The supervisor/ manager got in his feelings and started yelling at my wife and make accusation in which my wife said nothing about. He claimed, we needed to pay more. However, I paid over 800 for an alignment, oil, tire rotation, breaks and rotor and rotation.
