Eben Ezer Auto Repair Shop

*****BEWARE***** My car broke down and I was referred to have it towed to Eben Ezer. I was told by Eben Ezer that the engine was dead (not that I have proof other than their word) and I’d have to scrap it. They agreed to price and I sent them title. A year passed and they never sent the check despite countless inquiries and they ignored my calls and texts. Finally I went in person and demanded I get paid. After a year of waiting, I was given the old “check is in the mail excuse.” They gave me a check. IT BOUNCED...due to insufficient funds!!!!! The person, who referred me, called and spoke to the owner, Luis Avila, who told him he didn't care about the bounced check and that the customer can do what he wants. CRIMINAL!!!! They pretty much stole my vehicle!!!

I’m seriously so impressed with Eben Ezer Auto Repair Shop! They fixed my car perfectly — every detail was done with so much care. And the best part? They even washed it before giving it back to me! It’s rare to find people like Hector and Luis who take that much pride in their work. I just have to say how grateful I am for the amazing job they all did. Definitely five-star service all around!

Price is cheaper than other garage around and so is their work. I did my brakes from him a 9months ago, it was making noise from the day 1. When I mentioned it to his brother or cousin about it, he looked at me like I did something wrong. I didn’t wanted to argue cause I didn’t wanted to make them feel bad. A year and 10000 milage later when I went for my state inspection, his own mechanic told the brakes are not in good condition. Instead of saying that he did a bad job, he started to tell me stories about this and that. I have warranty on them, if they need to change he could have told me and I could have replaced them if they are defective. Later I found out now that they probably didn’t even change my rotors at all. The owner pretty much gave me an attitude after everytime I went there. No respect or courtesy towards a paying customer whatsoever. I called him today and let him know that I can change the rear brake and he can pass the state inspection. He was still acting like he doesn’t know me even though he remembered that I needed two things to change. Kind of contradictory behaviour. I told him about his attitude and he hung up phone on me. Whole thing could have avoided if he just told me to bring or buy the proper equipment to install the brakes at first time. Overall, disappointing services and horrible customer service for a fair price.

Worst Experience Ever - Beware of This Mechanic his name is hector and his brother both I took my truck to this shop because of a bad transmission and ended up dealing with a nightmare. I paid $6,000 to have the transmission replaced, but when I picked it up and drove it to work, it was clear they hadn’t done the job – it drove exactly like before, as if they never switched the transmission at all. When I brought it back, they assured me they’d “find the issue,” but that turned into months of zero communication. I called them every week for updates, only to get the run-around. After three months of this, I told them I wanted my truck and a refund, but they refused to cooperate. My truck ended up stuck in their shop for over a year! This mechanic not only scammed me out of thousands but also wasted a huge amount of my time. Avoid this place at all costs if you value your money, time, and vehicle. Absolutely NOT recommended.I ended up paying him to get my truck back .

My wife's Mini Cooper had issues which repair shop owners said can only be serviced by Mini. Someone from the neighborhood told me to give Eben Ezer Auto Repair Shop a try. They fixed all the issues with the car and after many miles of use thereafter, the car runs better than ever. Thank you!
