Incredibly, a huge enterprise had to cancel its order because it didn't have the tools to unload Mercedes-Benz car tires. Moreover, if you are unable to meet the customer's requirements, why take the order? It takes time and effort for the customer? Moreover, my car is in danger of getting a flat tire due to the failure to change the tire in time.

Understaffed and under tooled. Had tires installed a little over week ago. after a 4 hour wait, the tech told me the shop didn't have a working pressure gauge to properly inflate my tires. I am also having an issue with tire balance and trying to actually speak with someone is nothing short of a joke. I have left several voice mails and messages which remain unanswered. Cannot even make an appointment to get tire balance checked. I without reserve cannot endorse doing business here.

Excellent place to get new tires. They had great prices on new tires and got them installed on the same day. They have great tire maintenance policy too.

Two years ago, I changed four tires here. During this period, my tires were punctured several times by iron nails. They helped me repair the tires for free, and even helped me change one tire for free. Their service is really great. I sold my car and bought a new car two days ago. I will come here again when I change my tires next time. A place worth recommending.

Really the worst possible place you could ever imagine. Please make sure you are an car expert before going there. The technician was extremely unprofessional and incompetent. I got an AWD vehicle, and they told me that it would be okay to replace only one tire, albeit that the system kept telling them that I need to do all four for my vehicle. And told me that I'll have to replace the tire myself, not realizing the possible catastrophic consequences for my transmission. Turns out I have to install the tire myself, buy a set of 5 tires, and have the transmission fluid changed for trusting them. Really, by far the worst place I've ever been to.
