First and foremost I would like to share that my vehicle was taken to the dealer three times and they were unable to Dx the issue with my vehicle. Bill and his team were professional, kind and patient. They diagnosed the issue as a water pump and my driving shaft. The car was previously serviced in November at the dealership and they told me the sound was exterior. The vehicle was making a whistling sound at 78,000 miles. Bill and his team take their business and professional seriously they know their skill and they get the job done. They make sure when you leave that your vehicle is safe and reliable. Most importantly they are sincere and caring and they work with you. I appreciate you Bill and your team thank you for caring and doing things right in 2026.

Willie and Bill and the whole team are like family. We have been going there for over 20 years now and the service is amazing. They are very professional and reasonable with their prices. They fixed our 1994 Nissan Sentra years ago. Our friend recommended Wholesale after the dealer said it was totally worthless and they fixed it for only $200.00. The dealer said that the transmission was shot. It ran great for several other people who we sold the car to. (another fine group of people giving exceptional service) Bill and Willie were both a pleasure to speak with. I brought my 2018 Chevrolet Traverse in for a service, oil change and inspection, before giving the car to my daughter, since I never drove it any longer after recently buying a new BMW. I wanted to make sure the Traverse was in good shape, safe, and there would be no problems before handing it over to her. There was a rattle going on underneath the car that made me nervous there might be something seriously wrong. It turned out to be the heat shield, where the fasteners had corroded (WNY winters) and was flapping around. They re-secured the heat shield with self tapping screws, and all was good. They sent me a video of what they found when it was up on the ramp. Just a pleasure to do business with. Very personable, interesting people to converse with. They make you feel like an important customer. No talking down to you in a condescending manner just because you’re a woman (sadly the case at so many auto repair shops) Oh and after buying 4 oil changes, you get the 5th one free! Just good people giving good service like it used to be! I would highly recommend Wholesale Transmission to anyone in a heartbeat. In fact I have recommended them to several people already since yesterday!
