Brought my BMW in for hit/run collision damage to front end. They did an absolute great job! In addition, they not only washed the exterior but cleaned the entire interior, including the trunk. Awesome. Thank you, thank you. Great Place !

My car had gotten hit and west herr collision fixed it ASAP!!! Great customer service. Kept me apprised of all the steps in the repair. And my baby(my car) was fixed in no time, as good as new!!!!

This collision center kept my car for a MONTH for minor bumped damage and my taillights being out. After receiving the “all set!” to take it home, I drove the car 30 minutes home only to realize when I got home that one of my taillights is still out. Not only was this unprofessional and careless work, it is dangerous that they’re releasing cars that are illegal to drive back to their owners and not checking that it’s fully fixed. Never go here!

Wifey had a fender-bender with our BMW X3, and BMW of Buffalo referred us to their sister shop, West Herr Collision. I’m glad they did. Customer service was stellar from start to finish (I bow in your general direction, Virginia and Jodi). They kept me informed throughout the process, coordinated everything directly with my insurance (Traveler’s—nice to know their reps are local), and handled the rental car seamlessly through Enterprise. I got picked it up on-site and simply left the keys when I got my BMW back. The work was flawless—and the surprise full detail? Outstanding. The car hadn’t looked that good in a long time (especially since I keep it cleaner than my wife does!). Highly recommend West Herr Collision Center. Well done. 👌👌👌
