Picked my son up from school and got a razorblade in my rear truck tire.It went flat just as i pulled into basil oil change.They said it would be about $50 to change the tire and put on the spare.I didn't want a new tire because my lease is up in September.About 45 minutes later it was ready to drive home.Went up to the counter to pay and it was no charge, wow i was happy.Thank You. Even got a free car wash code. Thank you basil for fixing my flat.
View on GoogleMade an appt for 8am with Jake. I was a few minutes early, but when the doors opened, everyone that had been waiting was taken care of promptly. Jake reviewd the services I needed and gave me a timeliness. I opted to wait in the lounge are rather than go back home to wait ( they do offer a free shuttle as well). My car was ready within the timeliness I was given and I was back home within 90 mins! Great job!
View on GoogleWhile getting my nys inspection I was shown my engine and cabin air filters. I declined to have them installed at the time. I decided to install new ones myself. The first thing I noticed when removing the old cabin filter was that the two screws holding the cover were never put back. When I took out the old filter I noticed that they squeezed the filter in half when they put it back in. It apparently remained like that as it was still crimped in half. I expected better service than that from the dealership where I purchased the car.
View on GoogleIt was a good experience. I do not know a lot about cars, so I have to trust the people I take my car to. If I have a bad experience or I feel I was taken advantage of, I will never take my car back there for service. I trust you.

Please get some techs certified for motorcycle inspections, you have the sign on the building but nobody certified to inspect. Thanks again.
