I want to give a shout out to Peter and Quinn for their excellent customer service. I unexpectedly had a nearly flat tire and took my car in without having a appointment. They helped me right away and noticed another of my tires was nearly worn out. I received 2 new tires and was also told my brakes were 90 % worn. I have scheduled a appointment to have them replaced also. I would recommend this Dunn Tire on 3524 Walden to everyone and thank you all again for providing excellent service!

Our household had two cars that needed a complete brake job. We chose this Dunn Tire location and had a GREAT experience. The technicians were clear and helpful, and the price was very reasonable. The price was a third of what the car dealerships offered us. They offered to pay for our Uber rides to work. The work was done in a timely manner. We fully recommend them!

Everything went quick and easy. Got my vehicle checked out for alignment and a brake grinding issue. They gave me an estimate for the brakes which is fairly reasonable and the vehicle was all set and ready to go by time I left work to pick it up. No stress, no hassle, no complaints.

Dunn on Walden in Lancaster is my first choice for work on my vehicles. If you're looking for a place that treats you like "the family mechanic", but has all the technological advances of a big chain normal intuitiuion would tell you to avoid, Dunn Tire is that shop. I have never had a bad experience or an oversell tactic at this location. Normally I run for the hills when it comes to "chain" car mechanic locations, but they are the absolute exception to the rule. Incredibly friendly staff, quality work, and no BS. Plus like I said, the advantages of online appointment scheduling and in-depth reporting on car issues via pictures directly to your phone in realtime. 5 out of 5.

FIND A DIFFERENT SHOP! Went on website and Scheduled a car inspection for 7/1 @ 8am. Received an email saying they didnt have availability at that time and to come at 4pm instead. That should've been red flag #1. Clearly they dont update their website..... got my 2 yr old in the car, arrive at 4pm to only be told that they couldn't do my car because too many people called off today... first of all, thats not my problem, i scheduled an appointment and didn't even get a call to say they couldn't do it. Wasted the gas and my time. Will go elsewhere in the future.
