From start to finish, Ian and the folks at the shop were incredibly helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. Communication is key with any car repair; I was sent texts with updates of what was being done at that time or what had been completed. I wish I could remember the absolute gem at the front desk’s name, because she was the best part of this experience. When the rental company said they couldn’t pick me up (despite them having shuttled to and from that shop frequently) she personally drove me to the rental car place and went inside with me to make sure everything was situated. I would highly recommend this location. Customer service is top notch.

Overall my experience was good with Caliber. We ran into some issues with my truck repair, some of which were out of the control of Caliber, so it caused me to be without my truck for 8.5 weeks. The customer service from Kim at reception, to Sara the advisor, to Ian the new GM was fantastic, which helped keep me sane during that time.

Outstanding team at Caliber. Our son decided to try playing chicken with a dear and both lost. Luckily only thing mosrly damaged was the car. They explained all the steps. Kept us updated with texts. Biggest positive is they finished the repairs 2 weeks early which saved us money on keeping the rental.

Amazing staff. Genuinely friendly. They will answer any questions you have. They don’t give just basic answers. They will help you in who to talk to and how. Constantly update you on the status of your vehicle. Highly highly recommend. They said my situation would last up to 2 weeks and it took exactly that. They updated me when they ordered the part, when it came in, when they began working on it. When it was being painted, etc…

Had an absolutely wonderful experience with Caliber Collision on Walden Ave. Amazing service and could not be happier with the work that was done on my car. 10/10 recommend.
