The gentleman who helped me figure things out at the counter is a wonderful man. I was very upset to have my car stolen but he was very patient and kind to me. Thank you Blakeley’s!

This man should not have a contract with Lancaster Police. My vehicle could not be released from his shop for a week because he is not available to take phone calls and he refused to wait on hold with my insurance company to be paid. He is only open for 4 hours a day and told my insurance representative that he is retired so he makes his own hours. In my experience if you have a contract with the government to be a service provider to the public you should not have that mindset. If you want to be retired then close your shop or hire help to get customers taken care of in an adequate time period. He was an absolute nightmare to work with and every day he didn’t call me back or communicate with my insurance company he charged an additional $50 holding fee. He charged over $500 total to tow my vehicle 2.7 miles. I’ve contacted a captain at Lancaster PD and have considered speaking with an attorney regarding this. If I could rate him negative 5 stars I would without hesitation. Please save yourself the trouble and get AAA so you don’t have to be towed by this place from an accident.

Car was towed by this crook after being in accedent. Charged us over 400 dollars to tow less them a quarter of a mile. No spill clean up no highway. Accedent happend on Friday couldn't reach anyone till Monday n charged 45 dollars per day for 3 days storage no car was not impounded. Went to get car during "business hours" nobody was there couldn't get through by phone. Waited 2 n half hours for somebody to decide show up.

Yeah. The old guy is an orifice- you know what I mean. It took the first few words out of his mouth to set the tone of the whole exchange. You'd think that if someone were in business for himself he would at least try to "fake" being pleasant to a customer or potential customer. I can't figure out how this guy gets or even maintains a business. He has ZERO ability to deal with people. When you come up to his shabby little business counter he acts like he is doing you a favor by having to deal with you. He has the contract or whatever with the town of Lancaster to store vehicles after collisions. I would not recommend this guy for anything vehicle related whatsoever! Two other posters before me described him as "rude".

I placed a call to ask about a photo shot service my insurance company said I needed they recommended Blakeley's Collision, let me start by saying what a mistake! The man who answered had an extremely rude tone, seemed annoyed that I even called. I asked to make an appointment he then stated they haven't done the photo service in two years!! No big deal but then asked if he had any recommendations since I'm not from around here then said NO I do not have any for you! I don't know any businesses that would do it! I'm like wow okay, there's no reason to be rude to someone just trying to give you business or ask a simple question. I certainly will never go there or recommend them just based on the interaction from their staff. Worst customer service!!
