How can this guy have good reviews? Maybe this is one of those "he's a difficult person but he does good work" type of situations. Those are the worst because we eat with our eyes and I don't care how deceptively tasty something is, if it looks like dog doo-doo you're gonna feel some type of way when you gobble it. In other words, even if he is a great body repairman it still seems like he has a bad attitude and zero customer service skills. Doesn't matter if you're a blue collar guy working a "rough around the edges" type job. Being disrespectful is never acceptable, especially when someone is courteous with you from the jump. If me, you, or anyone else in a service job treated a potential customer the way this guy did, it would be curtains before you could say "greedflation". I called and politely said I would like a quote on some body work and would like to know if he is free Saturday. Here's a summary: *ring ring ring* John: ...yeah? Me: Hi, I'm looking to get some body work done and I'm wondering if I could maybe swing by Saturday just to have you take a look. Does that work? John: Who are you?! Me: Uh...a potential customer? John: Oh so you're just calling around huh? Me: No, I am calling you specifically because you came highly recommended by someone, he said you were great. *starts this smarmy rant* John: Look I am one guy who works by himself and I am VERY picky about who I do business with. You? You are just some guy calling me out of nowhere. You can't do that. I'm all alone. See, I'm not even really open today. Just kinda came in to pick up a few things. You can't just show up when you want. Me: I understand, so when are you free? Please tell me what works for you and I will come whenever is best for you. John: You CANNOT just show up, if you just show up unannounced I will not help you. Your best is to call me and ask in advance. (you mean like when I asked you for permission 2 mins ago?!!) Me: Ok, so is my best bet that maybe I should call to-... John: *puts the phone down mid sentence* Seriously? I don't care if he can weld zinc to cast iron using unicorn dust. He talked himself out of the tons of work I was willing to pay for. This troglodyte can go be very picky with someone else. Avoid this jerk!

Very great body shop! Amazing work, trustworthy, fair prices. Will always bring my car here and recommend to everyone!

DON'T TRUST THEM! We purchased a vehicle from them and within 2 days we started having problems. Only been a month and we're closing in on $1000 in repairs for items they said were done before the sale. When we contacted them they said they try to sell good vehicles. Lie after lie. Can't saying I'd trust the body stop now either!
