Our truck decided that it would completely fail. It had a dead battery, once charged it could not even see the key fob. We called O'Connor and arranged to have the truck towed from Indian Lake. They were able to quickly find the issue and repair it. The truck required special programming. They got it to the facility and back quickly! They then found that the starter had also failed. They replaced it without delay. The shop went above and beyond in repairing our truck at a very reasonable price with great communication! Thanks!!

Wow! These guys were so great and helpful. We were driving through the mountains and our engine light came on. They checked it all out (in the rain, no less) and assured us that it would be OK to drive for now. Also recommended a great restaurant down the street, where we could eat and wait out the rain a bit). Thank you Mike!

I was on vacation, pulling a camper, and staying in Piseco this past week. The fan clutch seized on my GMC Yukon XL so I called and ordered one from O’Conner. The correct part arrived when they said it would (a rarity nowadays). And when I went to go pick it up I asked if they had a large adjustable wrench I could purchase (being at a campground with limited tools in my truck). And instead of selling me a new adjustable, I was offered the correct fan clutch wrench from their own personal tool box - TO BORROW! Got the job done asap and brought the wrench back an hour later. I was so impressed by their good will, i wanted to write a review. Seriously awesome gesture to help an out of town motorist. Thank you!

I was on my way to green lakes state park with my family, when my alternator failed on the big hill just outside of lake pleasant. This was the only auto shop in area and I had just enough power to get to it. When I got there the guy gave me a free diagnostic check and found it was my alternator. The guy was nice enough to work on my car for the weekend. He had to drive to another town to get my alternator, but the fact that he was willing to do so really Meant a lot to me. He allowed us to stay in the car/ lot until our ride got there, which was nice because we had to wait 4 hours to get a ride home. But that following Monday I was able to pick it up and it was surprisingly affordable. They also sell other vehicle products there! This was an incredibly lucky situation with an incredibly kind company, and crew! I recommend them for sure!!! I am so appreciative of your willingness for everything you did!
