Called Tyrel’s Automotive Service Center in Lake George on Tuesday 4/29/25 and spoke to Brandon the owner. He was very friendly, professional, and accommodating! 🤩👏🙌 I needed an inspection appointment and he was able to fit me in the next day at 1pm. I arrived on time and was in & out in approximately 20 minutes. Thankfully there were no problems with my BMW and my car passed the inspection. 🙏 I usually go to my garage in Burnt Hills, who have taken exceptional care of my car the past 5 years, but since I moved to the Adirondacks last year, the trip to see them is 75 miles roundtrip, so I decided to stay local for my inspection and upcoming oil change. (I went several times in April to a local Jiffy Lube but every time I stopped in, the wait time was always 2-3 hours before I could get an inspection and/or oil change done. I don’t have the time or patience to deal with that.) I’m so happy 😁 that I found Brandon right down the road from me to take care of my automotive needs. In addition to inspections and oil changes, him and his mechanic also do mechanical car repairs and he also has towing capabilities. I broke down on interstate 87 and had my car towed here at the recommendation of the towing company. Brandon quickly performed a diagnostic test and determined I had major engine failure. He provided two estimates for an engine (new or used) but also offered to call a local dealership on my behalf to learn if the particular problem was covered under warranty-and it was! Brandon is honest, fair smart, helpful, and a tremendous communicator. I was far from home and he went above and beyond to help me. Don’t hesitate-if you need a mechanic, he’s definitely the man to call!
