I am extremely satisfied with the service from Cole’s Collision. I am totally happy about everything. The entire team was friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout the whole process. Communication was excellent, and they kept me updated the entire time. The repair work was done with great attention to detail, and my car looked perfect when I got it back. Cole's in Kinderhook was highly recommended to me by co-workers. I had body work done following a fender-bender. They were FANTASTIC - quick to schedule the intake, handled the details with my insurance and rental companies, kept me fully in the loop with the progress of repairs, and were polite and mindful! The whole experience was stress and worry free! My car was sparkling when I picked it up - outside & inside - it looked brand new! The repairs were flawless. Working with them was smooth, friendly, effortless and assuring! I highly recommend them - shout out to Becca! I hope to not need body work done anytime soon, but if I do, I am going back! About nine years ago, we had just moved into our house and were having siding repairs done. The workers left a bunch of nails on the driveway and I came out one morning to find a flat tire on my 2008 Prius. The lug nuts were on pretty solid, I couldn't remove them. So I called a local tire place. They said they'd replace the tire but didn't have a tow service. I asked them who was around that did and they said to call Cole's which happened to be located at the end of our street. I did so and a few minutes later, I see a young guy walking up our long driveway. He had the appropriate tools and changed the tire in about ten minutes. I was quite happy and asked what I owed him. "Nah, nothing, just come to us when you need some body work." Well, it took a while but in late February, a friend coming over for dinner managed to back his pickup, at some speed, into the rear of our 2024 Prius. Toyota referred us to Cole's. There was substantial damage (ended up being over $13K) and his insurer, Hartford, was being very difficult about covering it all. Becca was amazingly perseverant, knowing that her bill was justified. It took a few days for Hartford to cave, but cave they did. The repair work was fantastic, everything looking and operating like new, including the motion sensors and rear-view camera. Throughout, Becca and her staff kept me informed, through all the ups and downs. I can't recommend them highly enough.

The people at Cole's went above and beyond in terms of service. They did an excellent job fixing body damage on one of my cars then offered to touch up the paint on my second car at no charge. Friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.
