I was on a work trip to NY on 1/5/2026, when my rear wheel suspension failed and left me stranded. If it had not been for professional customer service and expertise of Warren Tire Service and their staff, I would have been stuck in Johnstown for several days with hotel and food costs while waiting for my vehicle to be repaired. Instead, Warren Tire Service recognized my dilemma and provided me with rush service and had me back on the road to MA within a couple of hours. I couldn't have asked for more and would like to recommend them to anyone seeking vehicle repair or tire services! Job Well Done!

One valve stem almost derailed my whole weekend. These guys fixed it in 30 minutes and it cost me a fraction of what the CADILLAC dealer would have charged. Everyone there is polite, professional and helpful, which is a huge change from my past dealer experiences. I paid to have one tire fixed, but they checked and inflated the other 3 tires to recommended levels. Nice touch, no one I've been to does that... I highly recommend

I took my 2023 mercedes sprinter to get snow tires on 11/18/2025 at Warren tires locate it in Johnstown new york and they put two big long deep gouges scratches on my van when I got there I explained to the man Be careful with the Van when I came back and showed them the scratch. They denied it all the way. They only show me footage in the camera When the van was driven in the shop not when it was being brought out or even parked outside in the parking lot.So how can they say that they didn't do those deep scratches the supervisor claimed that they didn't have cameras outside in the parking lot so now i'm stuck with getting my van repaired. Soon as I came to the shop and showed them the scratches they ran inside.Looked at the cameras and deleted the footage then he came back out then he showed me the footage in the camera. That is. So sad that you can't even take your vehicle to there shops and if damage is done. They are not held responsible to everybody that goes to Warren tires in Johnston, New York.Make sure you check your car after they change your tires or do any repairs. There's no way they didn't damage my mercedes sprinter. I can see the. Lying, look. On the managers face he told me that if my van would have been damaged , his workers would have told him he must have thought I was born yesterday or something. When he took me to the office to look at the footage he was nervous.I swear to my soul. I know they deleted part of footage .That's why they ran inside as soon as I show them the damage what a horrible person.

George and Brian were helpful in getting me six trailer tires for my 5th wheel. They helped me get parked in the AM, I had breakfast, came back and they were done. BOOM, very happy. Great experience from soup to nuts. Thanks to Tyler for the 110 could psi. Lug torque was pretty good after 100 miles, just a little variance needed.

Shoutout to Warren Tire. Came in with a tire another shop said wasn’t fixable and they had it patched and plugged in under 10 minutes. Saved me over $200. Appreciate it from Clutter Bandit.
