What a positive experience! It has been hard for me to find a mechanic that is knowledgable, trustworthy and fair. Jack took his time to explain his plan of action for my '16 Forester's lean code and his reasoning behind it. I appreciated that he didn't just jump to do major and costly part replacement. Communication was clear through the whole process, which was refreshing. Price was fair and he even replaced a bulb for me and refilled coolant as a courtesy. Car is running smooth!

Great service and great prices! I needed new breaks last year, and his price was a couple hundred lower than other quotes I got. I started taking my car to Jack when I lived in the area for college. I’ve moved out of the area, but will still bring my car back to have work done when possible, because it’s such a good value and his work is very reliable.

Unbelievably good service. Quality mechanic that’s rare to find today. Jack saved us thousands when we were car shopping by helping us sort through sellers and avoid a lemon we almost bought. He invests in top of the line equipment and brings the best tools in the market to check vehicles with. (He was able to find engine codes that the dealer didn’t even know about!) He also worked extra hard to get our tires set after our spare tire went flat on Christmas Eve, and he even sent me a progress text on Christmas morning without us asking. Couldn’t recommend this place enough!

Uncle Jack’s Auto has outstanding mechanics who do excellent work and never take advantage of their customers. They always find a way to schedule people in and get cars fixed quickly. The team takes real pride in their work, making sure every job is done the right way. They go above and beyond to inspect and fix any issues, and they’re completely honest, never trying to make money off unnecessary repairs. If there are problems, they explain them clearly, and if there aren’t, they’ll tell you that too. I’ve had very good experiences here, and I strongly urge anyone with auto problems to come to Uncle Jack’s Auto.
