Krown Rust Control

Krown treatment Sadly missed details. So I have to start by saying I like these people, they are nice people. I took my car here twice for a Krown treatment. The first time (January 2025) I told them not to drill the holes in ny car, but the person at the front desk did not pass my message along to the team till they had already drilled the holes. I was willing to forgive and move on from this. So I took my here a second time to reapply Krown treatment on 9/5/2025. When I looked at the car I easily found spots they had missed. I asked them « did you guys try to get everything «  they said yes but if I can see heavily rusted areas that were missed by just looking, It makes me wonder what else they missed that I cannot even see since I obviously cannot get under the car the way they can. For $170 per treatment with a product that costs $15/can I expect better attention the detail. They did let me use one of their cans of the product to get the spots that I wanted to get but I am sadly disappointed since I was hoping for more attention. At $170, I can only pay for this treatment once or twice a year so it is important they get all the spots. Edit: changing to 2 stars because after looking at my car closely after the review above, I saw that there was very little material applied to my car compared to last treatment. So it was not that they just missed a few spots, but the treatment seemed kind of weak. I called and asked them about it and they said “we went to a seminar and were told to use a lot less material back in July to save on material and waste” I feel like they should at least notify customers if the customer will continue to pay the same price but will get a lot less material applied to the car. They also offered no accommodation and said “your car is so rusty it soaks the product up”. Well I know my car has rust, that is why I bring it to you, and applying the material a little more generously, like you did in January, was what I was expecting. There is no way that my car sucked up the treatment in 30 minutes. I am pretty sure that they just forgot to apply the product to the car or were very cheap on purpose. Either way, when a customer calls to bring this up, they should try to correct the situation rather than argue or make excuses.

The owners abd there staff are top notch. They are knowledgeable friendly and deliver there services with perfection every single time. Thank see you again soon.
