Drivers, Be careful if you bring tiers here, and you have driver assistance. You will have to unload your trailer by yourself. In my case, I had Schneider as a broker, and they said, "driver assistance." People on the dock said I needed to do it by myself or hire a company that would do it. Otherwise, they make you stay there all day, so before bringing a trailer with tiers, " floor loaded," and driver assistance be ready to unload your trailer by yourself, I will refuse any loads to this place, never come here

Called to check if I can deliver day earlier they said yes. Here I'm day earlier and they say we can only get you unloaded tomorrow. Be careful with this place

K&M does not stand behind the warranty of the brands they are a distributor for. Had an issue with a brand new set of tires and have been waiting for over a month for replacement tires even though the tires have a 60 day satisfaction guarantee. K&M keeps coming up with excuses on why the tires cannot be replaced under warranty.
