Be careful with this seller. They sell tires that are already 5 years old at twice the price of buying them new from an authorized dealer. Poor service. No warranty.

Finally got an appointment for tire pressure sensors (which I had to drive to the location to make in person because no one answered the phone or returned my call for several weeks) Was told it would take about 30 mins (altogether) Got there around 4:15 for a 4:30 appt and was originally told they could not find my appointment (even though I had the receipt) so that wasted about a half hour and still sitting here 2 hours later waiting for it to be done. Do not recommend would not come back

Fast and efficient service. Nigel and Alex, the two gentlemen I dealt with at the service center, were very courteous. My first visit here was about two years ago when I had purchased and installed 4 new tires in my car.

Takes hours to get anything done. Scheduled 8am appointment. Was told 1.5 hours which is a little ridiculous. Didn't finish until 1030am. Guy who showed up after me was finished 915am. Next time I'll just buy from tire rack and have a mobile tire guy come to my house. It takes them 30 minutes. Don't use BJs if you care about your time at all.

I wish I could have rated even less than 1 star. The service is horrible and staff is very unprofessional. When you buy tires from them and it says you have a lifetime warranty it is SCAM, because when its time for you to use this service it would never happen. I got a flat tire so I went there in the morning and they told me to schedule an appointment because they were so busy. I scheduled the appointment for the same day at 5 P.M. and an employee told me they would take care of me. I came back 4:50 P.M. and another employee gave me an attitude because I came so late and the store wii be closing in 1 hour. He grabbed my key and told me to wait. I was waiting until 6 P.M. and the employee was taking his sweet time on another car until I asked him to return my key and he said they were back up. I would never ever go there for any kind of business. Please be careful. The service is dishonest. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME.
