Walson Auto Services Center

We've been using Walson for over q5 years for everything from issues to inspections & oil changes. It is always an excellent experience but had add a review after my most recent experience. I had a bolt go through my tire a few weeks back & then a huge screw yesterday.... I was stressed about getting kids to school, getting to work & generally just annoyed that it happened again. Harry at Walsons make it so fast and easy & made me laugh about the situation as well. I was in & out and they did a great job as always! Thank you Harry & the whole Walson crew!!

Friendly staff and decent prices. Took my wife's Audi for service they did a great job even helped reattach her bumper. One note I asked to check on fluids and coolant wasn't checked. 😉

Always a huge fan of theirs. NOT TODAY. Get my gas here on a weekly basis. Always great. Even commended them on this site prior. UNFORTUNATELY NOT TODAY. I was on line to play a mid day number. Still had a few minutes prior to end time to play. Waited for person in front of me to finish their selection. When he was done I exchanged pleasantries with the team member behind counter. He turned around to play my numbers with my card in hand. It was at that time the GAS attendant came in and took over machine. Counter team member even tried to talk to him but he kept putting his OWN numbers in as GAS line outside in full service waited. He punched in many numbers not caring that I was in line or what attendant was saying. He was on a mission to get his numbers in. By time my card went in when he completed his few minutes, the afternoon game timed out. He knew that he was close to time and he jumped line! He did not care about other people outside. For me it is past the chance for number played it’s wrong and disrespectful. Pissed me off for the counter team member did the right thing. He tried to share with gas attendant. However gas guy did not care. This station has always been better than this. Always good people. Not today.

Walson Auto did an amazing job inspecting the car that I was purchasing from across the country. Harish Really helped to reassure me that the car was in good working condition and mentioned the little flaws that I should bring up with the dealership. Very trustworthy, friendly, and excellent customer service!
