Walmart Auto Care Center

Literally, the absolute worst place to get your oil changed. They will up charge you for 1 million different little things that you did not ask for I had created an order online and picked the cheapest oil… Without my consent they canceled my order and created a new order for me and put the most expensive oil on there so my oil change that was supposed to be a total of $46 ended up being over $70. When I called and told them what they did and explained how they even canceled my order they said that that was the oil that I chose I said no, and I explained to them and even said I can provide screenshots and everything that shows my total with the cheap oil and everything. They said there was nothing they can do did not offer me a refund or a credit or anything! I don’t understand what the point is if I picked the cheap oil how dare they without my consent, think it’s OK to put the most expensive oil in and then charge me all these hidden fees. Do not go here ever ever ever and the staff is honestly not smart and was not understanding a word I said. Walmart, don’t you have enough money?? Why are you secretly up charging people not cool man not cool literally go anywhere else for your oil people.

At a certain point im just mad at myself for even giving them a chance. If you get there and Renel is working, call the kids and tell them you won't be home for dinner. It took 2 hours to install a single tire. I ordered a tire online and picked it up. I said I know i dont have an appointment, I can get it installed somewhere else if they can't do it today, its no big deal. The guy told me it was fine but it might take an hour to get to. An hour goes by and Renel says he won't do it because I dont have an appointment. He walks away mid conversation, talks to the supervisor, comes back and says yeah he can't do it and walks away again. Meanwhile its been over an hour at this point. I talk to the supervisor and ask him and he says dont worry it'll get done. They never checked my car in, left the old tire in my back seat and didn't even put a valve stem cap on the new tire. Do I trust it was even put on properly or balanced? Absolutely not. "Expert installation" is scarily inaccurate at this point. It was never an issue, I completely understood i didn't have an appointment and would have gone somewhere else. Instead I got talked down to, waited 2 hours for a single tire (that im not even confident was done correctly) and am worried ill be charged twice after they tried ringing it up again after the fact (the online order already said picked up). What an awful experience.

I dont know why this only has 2 1/2 stars considering they actually answer the phone compared to everywhere else.. i mean dont get me wrong I understand after all it is Walmart… but this guy Anthony not only answered my questions but he was very patient with me. He makes me want to do business with them! Maybe a few other stores can learn a thing or two from him.. unbelievable!

I had my tires serviced here, Paul was an amazing person, despite of the challenges with my car, he was able to assist me with my car. Thank you so much

Got my tires installed today very impressed with the service had to wait a little which I didn’t mind because the employee Ricardo communicated very well just drove 40 highway miles and no issues thank you
