My car was damaged when shipped across country. It wasn’t anything too bad, but my car is relatively new and now needed to be repaired. Kyle at Scotsman’s, said it looked like it was due to debris from the road flying up and hitting the car during transit , which resulted in dents and scraps to the passenger side fender. Kyle was extremely informative, patient and friendly in answering all my questions. He seemed extremely knowledgeable especially when talking about the benefits of replacing the fender vs just bumping out the dents given that it’s an Audi and the aluminum is very soft making a new fender a better option. He also could tell the black paint on my car wasn’t just an ordinary black paint and that it was more reflective with various colors in it, which indeed it is as it’s Mythos Black Metallic. When I dropped off the car, I knew it would take up to a week to fix, but I did not have a rental car (the shipper refused to cover one…. Wasn’t going to argue as at least they were covering the full cost of the damage) and was hoping it could be done this week so I’d have it back once kids went back to school. The older gentleman in the office overheard this and said “No problem we will make it work.” I dropped it off on Monday morning and Thursday got a call saying it was ready! Amazing! When I picked up the car, Kyle came out to explain how the repair went. And my car looks like new again! I’m so happy with my experience and although I hope to never be in the position again where I need autobody work, I would definitely return to Scotsman’s in a heartbeat!

They did an excellent job on my car and, most importantly, the paint match! The men are very informative and patient for any questions and / or concerns. The staff's are friendly and are always quick to answer the phone! Their flexibility is amazing. Highly recommend this Auto Body shop!! When I picked up my car, it was nicely shined and cleaned inside. Thank you guys for everything.

I highly recommend this shop! They're friendly, informative, and turned my car around quickly. It came out great, looks amazing, and they cleaned the entire car: exterior, interior, windows, armor all. Looks like new!

Had my bumper replaced they did an excellent job had my car for less then 2 weeks . Cleaned the outside as well as Cleaned the inside of the car. Miss Anna the (Receptionist ) gave me excellent customer service and text me and called me to update me about my car. I highly recommend you to use them. For all your vehicles needs a great company
