Came here to do service on work van on Wednesday. They didn’t have the ac filter we needed which was no problem. Came back today and asked the guy working on the cars about “how much time it was going to take” and his immediate response was “you wanna wait?” Obviously we were going to wait because we needed to go to work. Lol. Guy had the nastiest attitude in the world. Customer service is trash. Dude said he was purposely going to take an hour to change a filter that takes 10 minutes to change just to be petty because he woke up on the wrong side of the bed.

I will never bring my vehicles to RCM again, nor recommend them. They were recommended to me because of the previous owner. They changed all my brake lines. I drove it home, ,pedal didn't seem as tight, but what did I know. The next day I had no brakes, the pedal went to the floor. Eric told me to bring it back or tow it. I brought it back they found a loose line, and corrected that. I took it home, again, the next day I had no brakes, the pedal went to the floor. After paying 1500.00, I got someone else, and saved the tow, aggravation and chance of an accident. Paid him to come to me. He bled the lines again. When he got to the right rear and took the tire off, he had a hard time getting the bleeder loose, to many times to clear the lines, and I was pumping the brakes. Told me right rear was never bled or it would not have been so hard to do.

All I have to say is that Eric and his mechanics are absolutely amazing. I will never bring my vehicles to anyone else. He is a great person, and he goes above and beyond.

The staff member’s behavior was highly unprofessional and disrespectful. I was not given the opportunity to speak, despite simply asking for a timeframe, and was met with a dismissive and hostile attitude. This lack of basic courtesy and professionalism is unacceptable. Based on this experience, I would strongly discourage others from utilizing this establishment’s services.

RCM Automotive deserves a five star rating! Eric is very informative and honest. The shop crew is great. I have been much relieved to be able to drop off my car, not worry so much when something happens unexpectedly.
