Have been to this shop multiple times. For oil changes and inspections and minor work. All of a sudden my oil change went up significantly. When i questioned them they told me synthetic oil prices increased. Im no schmuck, but i know oil price did not go yo by $30 ! This place is criminal. Must be hurting for business and probably out of business in the near future. Do not recommend

Myself and my staff all had our cars serviced with Kenny at Pride Auto for the seven years we worked in West Islip. From oil changes to brakes and repairs he and his team always exceeded expectations by quickly turning our cars around and setting reasonable prices for repairs. I now work miles away but still bring my cars to Kenny regularly. I highly recommend Pride Auto - thankyou Kenny, John P

If I could give 0 stars I would . Don’t go here they are very overpriced and charged me 63.80 for front windshield wiper blades in order to pass my inspection. I just replaced my wipers a few months ago. The ones they put on work horribly. Oil change was over priced as well 129.95 for a Kia . The owner screamed at me spiting on me as I was trying to pay I kept saying sir please calm down . Don’t go there awful people. Highway robbery.

The job they did was incomplete and only caused MORE problems. I came in with 1 issue, and i left with 3 more. These reviewers must all be friends and family. Do NOT bring your car here. I dont mind paying for work, but being lied to, raked over the coals and disrespected is nothing but disgusting.

this angry old lady shooed me off the property after i came for an estimate. she accused me of stealing and crashing customers cars. she needs some serious mental help. would not recommend coming here.
