I went to this shop and they tried charging me $800 for an alignment and an hours worth of work and wasted my whole day to tell me at 3:30 how much so I had no choice but use them. I never had the work done and fixed my truck myself in front of my house in an hour. Bunch of crooks never again. They have a horrible reputation but I figured how bad could they be? Absolutely horrible.

Serviced here due to location convenience and found the shop lives up to their reviews! Professional, polite, and not in the business to “jerk you around” like other car repair places. I felt they were honest, knowledgeable, and fair in pricing. Even Lenae in the front office was amazing and supportive. Highly recommend

Ossie went out of his way to repair the exhaust system in our van which was damaged in a mishap. Being out of town, it was crucial that our vehicle is fixed, so we could get home, which was hours away. His team was professional, courteous and understanding. There is no better place than Ossie's Auto Repair! I was recommended to Ossie's several years ago after my regular mechanic retired and closed shop. Ossie's is an honest, caring repair shop. No work is ever done without a detailed report sent by email or text, with pictures included and all repairs are thoroughly explained. Each time I bring my car in they update me on the health of my car, what maintenance is needed and why it's needed, but never pressured into having any other work done at that time. I trust that what Ossie and or his staff recommend is needed to keep my car in good condition and keep me safe on the road. Ossie's staff is kind, polite and knowledgeable, the waiting room is clean and inviting, coffee, tea, cookies and conversation are always ready! Thank you Ossie and staff for caring!
