Absolutely thrilled with my experience at Bonanno & Son Auto Collision, if I could give a millions stars I would! From start to finish, Jeff, John, Josephine, and Andrea were an absolute pleasure to work with. My car was almost totaled, and I was devastated, but they helped turn that whole situation around and made it a fantastic experience. They took great care of my car and it now looks perfect—just like brand new! I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. What really stood out to me was how much they truly care about their customers. They went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly; from communicating with the insurance company, to the entire repair process, they kept me in the loop every step of the way. It’s clear that customer satisfaction is their top priority. I can confidently say that I’ve found an auto repair shop I can trust for life! My wife’s crv got hit in front of our house. They repaired to new condition! Jeff knows all the ins and outs Of the insurance companies. Got my wife a rental. And in less than 2 weeks the crv looks brand new!

We used Bonanno & Sons for our daughters car a few months ago. We couldn't be happier. What a wonderful experience. Jeff (Owner) went above and beyond to help and fix her car. Professional, courteous and more. Her car looks better than when she purchased it from the dealership. The damage was extensive and you would never know it. We recommend him all the time and so glad we took her car here. I was shocked to see any negative posts on here.
