Truly kind, honest and fast! Today I had an inspection and they were so professional! Customers just calling in with questions, and Joe is there to just answer, With practical solutions. Spoke to Jess, who said bring your car right over! It was just an inspection, but I will continue to go back to the shop if I ever need car service! Every person who walks in, they know for years! It is very rare, in this day to meet, kind, honest business people, if you’ve been screwed in the past, use this car repair shop!

I Just moved to this area of West Islip. I went to the bagel store came out. I locked my keys in my car. I walked over to the repair shop Best Deals Auto repair of West Islip and I asked the gentleman in the front how much it would be to do a lockout. He told me $95. I told him where the car was and what store I went to, he came over and didn't even charge me Michael. You're the greatest. God bless you. You're such a day saver.

I had a great experience at this shop from start to finish. I brought my car in for an engine oil change, tune-up, and tire rotation, and everything was handled professionally and efficiently. The staff took the time to explain what was being done, answered all of my questions, and never tried to upsell or push unnecessary services, which I really appreciated. The work was completed in a timely manner, the pricing was fair and transparent, and my car is running noticeably smoother. It’s clear they take pride in their work and care about their customers. It’s hard to find an honest, reliable auto repair shop, but this one definitely earned my trust. I will absolutely be returning and highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality service.

I hate writing bad reviews about small businesses, but this is the 2nd time this has happened. Never had issues with an oil change in my life at any other mechanic. The last 2 oil changes I got here, the oil level was filled above maximum. 1st time, sure maybe a mistake. I let them know they overfilled it over the phone. 2nd visit, I told them to please double check the level as it was overfilled last time. All was good until about 40 miles, and I get the same problem. Returned back to my original mechanic who let out some oil to fix it…twice… I come here out of convenience, but not anymore.
