Words cannot explain enough how thankful I am for Autofix. A woman named Jaclyn was very good at communicating and guiding me through the process on what was going to be done with my car. She was very kind and made me feel comfortable to explain my situation and made me feel confident in her capabilities on handling the damage of my vehicle and the other party who damaged my vehicle. She was very honest and was very understanding. Overall, I would recommend Autofix to anyone that needs help w/ their vehicle. I really wish every place was like Autofix.

Auto Fix is a great company I have worked with them Several times and every time the repairs were great. Worked with Jaclyn from the office she was amazing as soon as i walked in she remembered me form couple years ago. She walked me right next door to get car rental and did all the work with insurance company. They kept me posted on status of repair all the way through the job via text and even called to let me know i could pickup the truck early ahead of completion time frame. Picked up my truck and everything was perfect. Thanks for the great job!

I had to get work done on my Jeep after getting into an accident. Dan made my life easier and was a pleasure to speak to. He was able to walk me through the process and provided constant updates for me throughout the repairs. I will be recommended this shop to anyone who may unfortunately need it like in my scenario or anyone who is looking for general repairs. The mechanics did an amazing job essentially making my car brand new and I am grateful for the team they have.

My vehicle was in an accident and through All-State I found this location. For where I live it was convenient but what was even more convenient was that the rental that was covered under my plan was steps away from where I had to drop my car off for repair. They took my car in for a quick drop off, signing of some forms, and within 10 minutes I was in my rental heading home. During their repair they noted I needed rear brakes and rotors and my first thought was "here we go with the b.s." I was wrong. Their price was more than reasonable. Communication throughout the process was professional. Upon picking up my vehicle (in a reasonable amount of time as well), receipts, details, etc. were specific and provided. Upon inspection of the vehicle all looked well, including the bumper paint job. I was worried about missing something or something going wrong after driving off the lot but they offer an easy to understand warranty that seems pretty good. When a place gives a good warranty you know their work is done right. I have had body work, repairs, brakes, etc. done all over this island and am leaving this review because this location blew me out of the water with their professionalism. Thank you for the easy transaction under extreme circumstances and for your fair pricing.
