Excellent customer service, they kept me updated all the way through and coordinated with my insurance company and the car rental company, too. My car was returned to me looking like new. I'm very happy with the service and excellent body work.

Staff were friendly, positive and patient with my questions. Tyler and John went above and beyond and my vehicle turned out beautifully repaired. They even got a penny (that was stuck underneath my window button) out so that it works again. I didn't even ask for them to do it! The small gesture meant a lot.

Inherited a great reputation, to bad it will not take long then to ruin it! Didn’t even get past the office before it was clear I wouldn’t be getting comparable service to what was there in the past- essentially the little ceasars pizza of body shops

24 chev trx took a hit pass front door dented up, they were efficient, kept me up to date as my car was being repaired. (Completely replaced door, callibrated everything back to perfection.) Hertz rental cars avail right there on site, when my car was finished, looked brand spankin' new again....I was so happy. I recommend them. If I ever need repairs going forward, they will be the go-to! (Hopefully I will not need repair again though, but if so it'll be Northside.) Professional service, great staff in terms of customer communications as well!
