Trio Auto Repair

My experience with Trio Auto Repair was amazing. I went there for a pre-purchase inspection, and Tony was incredibly helpful from start to finish. As a first-time car buyer who doesn’t know much about cars (and as a woman navigating this process), I truly appreciated how patient and respectful he was. He took the time to walk me through exactly what the inspection would include and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. I traveled all the way from Maryland to check out a used Honda Civic, and the dealership was insisting the car was in great condition and didn’t need any work. Once Tony inspected it, he found multiple serious issues that the dealership never mentioned. He quite literally saved me from making a huge financial mistake. When I brought these issues back to the dealership, they tried to gaslight me and still pushed for me to buy the car at full price. Because of Tony’s honesty and professionalism, I felt confident walking away instead of putting myself under unnecessary financial stress. Tony is an honest businessman who truly cares about his customers. I cannot recommend Trio Auto Repair enough, especially if you’re buying a used car. I’m extremely grateful to everyone at Trio Auto Repair who helped me.

I have been a loyal Trio Auto Repair customer since the late ‘90s. I have to drive at least 30 minutes to get there. But, Tony is worth it! He is a great, honest guy. The shop does the job correctly, never overcharges, and never claims that my car needs something it doesn’t. Tony will be my mechanic forever!

Trio Auto is really accommodating, whether you need a minor fix or a major repair. Tony always manages to work with you on scheduling, pricing is always more than reasonable, and you can’t beat the quality. Everyone in the shop is so nice and so willing to help.
