It doesn’t get any better than this company. I bought an Audi A6 Allroad and my first week I got clipped while parked on NY Ave. I brought the car into Depalo & Sons and Edward one of the owners helped me directly. What a standup guy you can tell he truly cares and is passionate about the work they do. The communication throughout the process was first class not to mention the work they did to color match a special trim part on the car is exceptional. From drop off to pickup I had the car back in 3 days and they even detailed my car for no extra charge. I’ll definitely be using and recommending this company in the future for all auto body needs.

This place doesn’t even deserve a 1-star. What a bunch of crooks! They will straight up lie to you about what work they’re doing on your car and what needs to get done! My car has been sitting at this shop for 4 and a half months now and they keep on stalling and lying about what’s going on with the car. They tried to over invoice the insurance company, and probably succeeded. They would tell the dealership that sent my car to them that the insurance isn’t approving some parts, which was a complete lie, and they would keep on telling me that the car was almost done just to later tell me that they suddenly was waiting for some parts now. I caught their lie when they told me they were working on my car and test driving it, while I could see on my car’s app that it was locked sitting in their lot not being driven or not even having the hood open. Stay away! I will never ever give them my business again! And will never recommend them to anyone!

They were super fast and got back our car back on the road in less than a week! I am very grateful to them for their service and how they explained everything so clearly.

I took my X5 BMW there after an accident, and I have never been more impressed with an auto body shop. Work, kids, insurance paperwork, rental cars, and phone calls create added stress. Eddie and the team are attentive, diligent, honorable professionals who streamlined the entire process. They handled the insurance and rental car process but, more importantly, repaired the car to a new status and troubleshot any electrical issues. Not only do I trust the team at Depalo and Sons with my car, but I also trust them with my family's safety since the car is getting passed to my 17-year old daughter.

Depalo & Sons Auto Body shop is a great place. They are professional, friendly, and informative. We were notified via text twice a week on the update and progress of our car. The car not only looks immaculate, they made sure it’s structurally sound and safe again. Although it took 3 months to get our car back, we completely understand the work that was done and waiting on parts, etc. Big shout out to Edward Depalo, he is amazing and very knowledgeable. We highly recommend Depalo and Sons. Your car will be in good hands with them!
