The service offered for the price is 100% worth it. With the vehicle fully vinyl wrapped, I usually wash by hand at home; but with the water shut off during the winter, Aqua Car Wash has been a godsend. They took great care on both the exterior and interior, and didn’t take very long either. Coming back for sure 👍🏻

I was specifically looking for a high-quality car wash that does true hand washing — no machine brushes, no shortcuts, and no damage to my paint. After searching for a long time, I finally found Aqua, and ever since then, I’ve been completely relieved. They are truly amazing. One thing I really appreciate is that you can ask them not to use any hand brushes at all, and they will happily accommodate. That alone shows how much they respect their customers and their cars. The employees and the owners are extremely kind, helpful, and professional, which is rare to find these days. They also offer an unbeatable membership — for $38 a month, you get UNLIMITED hand washes. You genuinely cannot find that anywhere else. That’s exactly why I drive all the way from Flushing to Huntington just to have my car taken care of properly. I would much rather do that than go to a car wash next door that will mess up my car and treat customers with disrespect. For those complaining about water spots — that’s completely normal after any wash. A quick wipe-down with a spray fixes it, or better yet, get a ceramic coating. Aqua actually offers ceramic coatings as well, which helps the water bead off and prevents spots altogether. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with Aqua. If you’re looking for UNLIMITED HAND WASHES, this is the place. Your BMW, Benz, or any vehicle will be safe here — no machine scratches, no intentional damage, just genuine care and attention to detail. I’ve tried to give this car wash the benefit of the doubt more than once and I’m never pleased with the service I receive. I pay for a deluxe wash for $45, $49 when tax is included and I always tip but the service is subpar. Before I even drive off I still have to show them dirt on the car. Just went for a wash and not even my trunk was vacuumed.

Damaged my windshield. I confronted the owner Scott, who said this happened a lot at a car wash and everybody just goes through their insurance. When I told him I want the car wash to pay for this damage they caused, he yelled at me telling me he is too busy to talk to me. Then he called me apologizing and saying he will pay for the damage. The next day his brother concocted a story as if my car had already had the damage before I came in which is belied by their own surveillance footage. Attaching here the note Scott wrote initially and photos of the car without the damage from the surveillance footage and after with the damage. Horrible treatment; very disappointed.

Missed spots every visit. Roof and lower parts is never cleaned properly due to lack of step ladders. I pay for a wash but still have to clean the car at home. Staff works hard, but attention to detail and paint safety are lacking. Very disappointing for a 4.5-star place.
