Got 4 tires and a wheel balance. The price that they told me on the phone was 300 dollars less than when it was time to pay. they failed twice on an alignment. They didnt even tell me that my car was ready. I had to call them. Went around the corner to all weather tires and they did it correctly in 40 minutes. These guys are incompetent schemers

I have been going to Oakwood Car Care on and off for years with slight lulls in between, as I have newer cars that don't require much service. Nonetheless, Mike remembers me every time and treats my family and me incredibly well. Whether it is my daughter with her 20+ year old Subaru or my son with a diagnostic need, Mike and his staff are always courteous and helpful, explain things clearly, are competitively priced, and HONEST! What more could one ask?

Needed a state inspection. Called and made an appointment with the owner Joe. They were opened on Saturday, so it helped tremendously. Joe said to drop the vehicle off and would able to pick it up by the afternoon. Had a tire repaired and a brake light bb replaced as well as the state inspection. Very polite staff and reputable. Will be returning for oil changes and other needed auto repairs in the future.

I have been going to Oakwood for quite a few years and there is no one else I would trust to diagnose and repair my car. They are knowledgeable, honest and fair with their pricing. I always have a positive experience and my car is running great thanks to their great work.

From oil changes, to tune-ups, tire repairs, diagnosing electrical shorts & sensor failures, oil leaks and even sunroof repairs they pretty much do it all. Joe and Mike are honest, reasonably priced and stand by their work.
