NYS Discount Tire

The first time I came here was because my boyfriend needed a tire patched. We had just come from another shop where they told us the tire couldn’t be repaired and tried to convince us to replace not only that tire, but all FOUR tires. Thankfully, we decided to get a second opinion here. They were honest, friendly, and gave us a great price. It was a huge relief to find a business that genuinely cares about its customers. The second time I came in because my CRV was having problems. They helped me identify the issue quickly and, once again, were always honest. I highly recommend them!

Great experience with this shop. Jason was really helpful and able to get me the best price on the tires I wanted. My car towing time changed and the shop was flexible and accommodating. They got my tires on while i waited. Recommend them and will go back for future tire needs.

Had a great experience getting my new tires at NYS Discount Tire. They ordered the tires I needed and gave me a great price to install them.

Jason is an amazing guy, friendly, honest and you can trust him. Great price and great service by him and his team. I got new tires changed and it went really smooth and fast with 20 minutes the next day service, even though I am new to cars and have lots of silly questions but he answered it well with patience. Keep it up with the customer friendly personalities, it will bring more customers to you.

Awful customer service. I missed two of their phone calls since they're only open during my M-F working hours, and when I called back on Saturday explaining the situation and giving the date I would be available to come in (a Saturday) I got told that my order would be cancelled because despite telling them when I could come in, I was told "you probably won't come because you're too busy". Absolutely no way to talk to a customer who was honest about their working availability. UPDATE: The owner has replied and accused me of not answering for ten business days - I only placed the order 7 days ago so I don't know how thats possible! Lying to make your customer service seem less atrocious isn't a great move Jason! :)
