Empire Toyota Service of Huntington Station

Buying a car can be pretty intimidating, Especially when you have had bad experiences in the past so walking into Empire Toyota of Huntington i had my guard up for sure.... but once i spoke to Jay Cooper in the finance dept (the scariest part of carbuying lol) I was immediately put at ease. He didnt talk AT you, he spoke TO you and we worked together and he got me the best deal possible. Mr Jay Cooper is the real deal!

Recently, I had an oil change done at this service center and was told that a basic tire inspection would be included. The service was completed very quickly, and at first I appreciated the efficiency. However, when I checked my vehicle at home, I found that one tire’s valve cap was missing and another was loosely attached. In addition, one tire was below the recommended air pressure for my vehicle. I ended up checking and adjusting the air pressure on all four tires myself and had to purchase and install new valve caps. Regardless of the value of the vehicle, I believe even small details should be carefully checked and properly finished. This experience has caused me to question the overall quality of the inspection, and I am now reconsidering whether I should continue using this service center in the future.

A great experience at Huntington Toyota, super satisfied with the service that William B. Provided along with the team. I came in with my car and William was quick to attend me and take care of the services i needed. If there was any issues he made sure to communicate that with me. I didnt have to wait a long time either, the team was quick. I appreciate the customer service in this place!!

When I returned to pick up my car from Service at Empire Toyota service of Huntington Station, I saw on the side of one of their service vans “where we treat you like royalty“ and I thought to myself “that’s exactly how I felt this morning when I dropped off the vehicle.“ So it’s not just a slogan, they actually live by it. Service Manager Janine L. was largely responsible for that feeling. She’s VERY sweet, friendly and good at her job! This experience made me even more happy that I did business with Empire Toyota in the first place. Five stars A+++++

I had a very disappointing experience at Empire Toyota Huntington’s service department. After bringing my Toyota RAV4 in for service, I was instructed by an employee to wait next to my vehicle until my service advisor arrived. I followed those instructions and patiently waited. When William Bonilla approached me, instead of introducing himself or politely asking if I needed assistance, he immediately asked me if I was mute or if I could speak. I found this comment extremely rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. As a customer, I expect to be treated with basic courtesy and respect. I was simply following the directions I had been given and waiting for my advisor. There was no reason for me to be spoken to in that manner. Customer service is just as important as vehicle service, and unfortunately this interaction left a very negative impression. I hope management addresses this issue and provides additional customer service training so that future customers are treated with the professionalism and respect they deserve.
